Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were clean with all basic amenities and boasted a very nice view from the balcony; however, they were not noise-proof, which affected the quality of sleep. The service was professional and the receptionist was especially excellent, providing a cooperative experience. The location was convenient yet needed more intensive cleaning. The overall stay was comfortable and clean.
The hotel had some highs and lows. The rooms felt cozy and warm but the low ceiling made us feel claustrophobic. The service was top-notch, with a very cooperative and helpful staff. The location was serene with an amazing breakfast, yet limited taxi services were a drawback. The dining experience was great overall, but not so appealing for children's tastes.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but had issues like haunted bathrooms and a pungent sewage smell that made me request a room change. Heating problems in the second room left me feeling cold and uncomfortable. The service was welcoming and cooperative, with a nice touch of complimentary tea. Unfortunately, the location was quite isolated, requiring transportation to explore outside the hotel. Dining options were limited, and the facilities seemed lacking in proper housekeeping and amenities.
